My husband made tacos for lunch, we were expecting a visit from both our son and our “nephew” Stephen today, they were planning to hang out and jam together, so my husband wanted to be prepared because they have healthy appetites and who doesn’t love a taco?
He added stuff to the usual ground beef, sautéed onions, garlic, his chili and some secret spices. It wasn’t overtly hot, the medium kick announced itself after you were finished with your taco, a little reminder to drink something other than water lol. Tacos are fun to eat, satisfying and quite tasty, though fairly messy if you’re like me.
