Happy New Year’s to all of my family and friends, on FaceBook and WordPress, I hope this New Year will bring all of you much health and happiness.
New York is a balmy 48 degrees, magical and vibrant, the energy humming everywhere, good cheer emanating from the Holiday season, it’s one of my favorite times of year to explore the city.
As my husband and I are walking hand in hand throughout the city, I am consciously drinking in all of the sights, because no matter how many times I have walked down these city streets, there is always something that I may have missed. This city is a city to discover and rediscover, a city to never be taken for granted, I see this now and it makes me love New York even more.

OMG! You went to NYC. Awesome! How close did you get to Times Sq?
We are on 44th Street and 8th Avenue so last night we could see the lights and the confetti explode at midnight from the safety of our room. We were on the streets and it was pandemonium at 8:00 p.m so I can’t even imagine what it was like at 11:00ish. LOL
That’s the way to do it…Have a toast from the warmth and comfort of a room overlooking the square.
