The weather is still being kind to my plants, but I had to bring in my bougainvillea, hibiscus and impatiens for the winter because our nights here in Blandford are dipping down into the low 40’s and none of these plants can survive those temperatures.
I am trying not to get too down about the falling leaves,the brown grass and the shorter days. I am a child of the sun, a Leo since August is my birth month, sunshine is my medicine; rays of sunlight brighten my mood and lessen my aches.
But even though the nights are longer, our motley crew of pups keep me occupied and in good spirits, they have been getting along much better these past two days. Jack and Lulu are accepting Stanley into the fold even though they are a little jealous of how often he gets fed compared to them. lol
