The kids and my husband started talking about needing a puppy several weeks ago, to which my response was “why do we need another dog?” I forget the persuasive points they made, but I know my arguments against, fell apart one by one. My downfall started when, out of curiosity I looked online at puppy pictures, a certain picture showed up and I lost my mind.
The emotion this picture stirred in me was immediate; it reminded me of my organic response to Jack’s picture online 5 years ago, when I fell in love with him and we bought him for Rex.It’s been an affair of the heart ever since, that is what I felt when I saw Stanley’s picture for the first time. And exactly as how easy it was to get Jack, it was just as easy to get Stanley, all the stars were in alignment.
