Magret de canard

It would be my birthday with everyone I love at the dinner party, it would be taking place at my Tonton's house outside in the back underneath a beautiful white tent.We would start with foie gras sauteed accompanied with a spicy mango salsa and a sweet onion chutney. My Tonton would be serving a Chateau Yquiem with the foie gras, I would be drinking sparkling water. The main course would breast of duck seared medium rare, sauteed potatoes in duck fat and ratatouille. The salad and cheese course would follow and the dessert would be a nectarine and almond cream tarte. Coffee and dark chocolate would be the finishing touch. Nothing too fancy just delicious.
