How I De-Stress
I really like doing mindless tasks such as weeding, folding laundry, loading my dishwasher. I guess my point is that I combat stress with physical labor. Walking is a sure fire way of getting rid of unwanted stress, the more physical the activity the better.
I’m with you on this one.
It seriously works and if you do enough mindless physical activity you end up, I should say I, I end up sleeping like a baby, not tossing and turning worrying about stressful things. Too tired!
I find a lot of my writing is done while I’m ironing. Mindless is great 🙂
