I prefer going when there are fewer people since I dislike crowds. Recently, my husband and I have been acting like the blue-haired crowd, we found that on Wednesdays at our “local” movie theater, the price of admission is only 5 dollars all day. So for ten dollars we get the run of the theater plus Arby’s is right down the road, where with coupons, lunch or dinner is a bargain. I get the regular roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce, a large order of curly fries and a 30 oz. Chocolate shake. Nirvana.
We are looking forward to the new Sherlock Holmes,Hugo and War Horse. We would have been interested in the Girl with the Dragon Tatoo of we hadn’t seen the Swedish version which was brilliant, I love the Swedish language, for me that made the film even more special.
I’m not sure if we’ll be going to the movies this weekend but I do know that we will definitely be hitting Arby’s and Sherlock Holmes on the 21st.
