The Chinese government has decided to build a utopian society for their top brass in their communist party. In order to ensure that access is strictly monitored they have built a series of mazes around the area designated to be the utopian city. Those mazes are so well designed that unless you have the precise map, you are condemned to wander the maze in clueless despair forever.
