I would serve French cuisine, the menu would have soups such as butternut squash soup, broccoli and potato soup, salads such as fresh corn,avocado and red pepper salad, endive, blue cheese and walnut salad main courses such as roasted chicken with roasted potatoes, rack of lamb with sauteed green beans with garlic, desserts would be profiterols, rustic apple tart, tart with nectarines and almond cream.
