I cannot stand Cantor or Boehner.In this case, the severity of the situation down South and in the Mid-west necessitat­es immediate relief. The individual states are already extended in fiscal terms with all the unemployme­nt and decreased revenue. People don’t have the luxury of waiting for their elected representa­tives to determine how to offset any monetary relief. If our government really can’t “afford” it, than after the fact, work it out with the congressio­nal budget office. Have them figure out which corporate tax loophole can be closed to offset the need to help ordinary Americans.
